Judging Criteria
The judging for the Five Star Service Awards works across multiple phases.
Preliminary Analysis
Our proprietary evaluation engine has already analysed thousands of businesses across Australia to determine suitability, ranking criteria such as online review scores (minimum of 4.2 required), focus on service in collateral, and business background checks. We actively reach out to businesses that are eligible based on this criteria, and you can check your score on our home page.
Further Evaluation
Once you purchase our Gold, Silver or Bronze package, our full business evaluation kicks in, which includes mystery shopping (up to four mystery shopping enquiries per year) and testimonials analysis. Scoring for each business is updated during this phase.
Final Analysis
In the final analysis phase, up to five finalists in each category / location are announced. A final survey of each business and final evaluations are conducted by our team.
